How it works: When you choose us as your bookkeeper, we download your bank statements or receive a hard copy from you or your bank, collect sales information and other financial account statements such as your credit card and line-of-credit statements. Next, we enter each transaction into QuickBooks and reconcile the various accounts. We close out each month with a formal process that is CPA reviewed and send you financial and management reports.
Each month you receive: With the Monthly Bookkeeping Service, you receive a detailed general ledger, reconciled bank statements, a balance sheet and income statement. We will also prepare sales tax returns.

At Year End: We prepare year-end summary statements and a complete package of IRS and State business returns, ready to file. And, we are here to provide professional guidance when you need help or just have a question. You get the peace of mind of knowing that the backbone of your business is accurate, organized and current.
